Emily Whipple Nadeau serves as Co-Manager of the managing General Partner, HCP Management, LLC. She is also a trustee of The Ross Foundation. She practices law in estate planning, taxation, and estate and trust administration at Lax, Vaughan, Fortson, Rowe & Threet in Little Rock where she focuses on designing and implementing tax efficient estate and succession plans for high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families with an emphasis on wealth stewardship.

Emily is a graduate of Washington and Lee University, cum laude. She earned her J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, where she was elected to Order of the Coif. Emily also obtained her LL.M. in Taxation from New York University, where she was selected as a Graduate Editor of the Tax Law Review.  Prior to returning to Arkansas, Emily practiced law at Bass, Berry and Sims in Nashville, Tennessee and at Holland and Knight in New York City.
